Mul-T-Lock's telescopic pin tumbler, a pin inside a pin, gives far more key combinations than a standard cylinder and makes the lock very hard to pick or bump. Keys are patent protected, so copies can only be cut by an authorised dealer.

Every RB entrance door is built around a steel core and RB's multi-bolt lock, which throws bolts into the frame at several points at once. Choose the look, from painted colour and laminate to glass and grille designs, and the security stays the same.

Where can I buy genuine Mul-T-Lock in Uganda?

From MPSP (Multi Purpose Security Products), the official Mul-T-Lock distributor in Uganda, at Plot 84B Luthuli Avenue, Bugolobi, Kampala. Buying through the official channel means genuine product, proper after-sales support and access to controlled key blanks.

Can a Mul-T-Lock key be copied at any key cutter?

No. No. Our keys use profiles registered for Uganda and only MPSP can cut them, here or abroad. Every key comes with a key card. Bring the card to get a copy, and companies also need a company letter.

Can you change my keys without replacing the lock?

Yes. If a key is lost or someone who had a key leaves, our locksmiths can change the cylinder combination to work with new keys, on site in Kampala. The lock stays on the door and the old keys stop working.

Do you install the locks and doors you sell?

Yes. Our own trained locksmiths install Mul-T-Lock locks and cylinders and RB doors, and carry out key cutting, repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing doors.

What is a master key system and do I need one?

A master key system lets one key open every door while each staff member's key opens only the doors they need. It suits offices, schools, hotels, hospitals and warehouses. We design the system, supply the cylinders and padlocks, and cut and register every key.

What makes RB doors different from an ordinary steel door?

RB doors have a steel core and RB's multi-bolt locking system, which secures the door into the frame at several points instead of one. They come in many designs and finishes, plus fire-rated and bullet resistant versions.
